Frequently Asked Questions

Minimum Orders are in place for a reason. We need to make a profit to keep trading and the bottom line is a one off or a run of less than 5 does not allow us the chance to make money, so this is the honest reason why we no longer do them.

Artwork should always be as good a quality as you can supply, the better this is, the better the results. You should talk to your printer or signwriter, if they have provided a design service they should be happy to let you have a copy.
Preferred format for print is any of the following files: Illustrator, Photoshop, EPS, PDF, TIF, JPEG (high quality setting).
Where possible if you are supplying the artwork it should be saved to size.
300dpi (dots per inch) is the best option to choose.
If you cannot provide the above, our studio will provide this service at an extra cost.

Turnaround time, generally no more than two weeks. We will always try and help with deadline work, however it is becoming increasingly difficult to meet tight deadines we would therefore suggest you allow at least two weeks for delivery of your printing.

We recommend that you wash all garments on a cool wash, cotton t shirts will especially benefit as the colour of the print and the textile itself will keep it’s vibrancy.
For the good of the environment we should all be trying to reduce our ‘carbon footprint’.

Your garment should ALWAYS be washed and dried inside out, this will help prevent any off-setting of the print.

Please DO NOT IRON over the print, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY and especially DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
